Following a publication ethics investigation conducted by the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Eurasia Social Sciences (IJOESS), it was determined that this article contains substantial unattributed material derived from a previously completed master's thesis. The investigation identified extensive textual overlap, significant similarities in the organization and structure of the manuscript, and the use of original technical analyses, interpretations, and conclusions from the thesis without appropriate acknowledgment or citation.

These findings were determined to constitute a serious violation of the fundamental principles of scholarly publishing, including originality, proper attribution, respect for intellectual authorship, and academic integrity. Accordingly, the Editorial Board has decided to retract this article from the scientific record.

This retraction has been issued to preserve the integrity, reliability, and transparency of the scholarly literature and to uphold the ethical standards of academic publishing.
