Evaluation and Refereeing Process

  • All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to a double-blind peer-review process.

  • Submissions are first evaluated by the editor through an initial screening to assess scope relevance and basic academic quality.

  • Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

  • Reviewer reports are treated as confidential and are shared only between the editorial board and the author(s).

  • Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editorial Board makes a decision of “acceptance,” “revision,” or “rejection.”

  • Editors are responsible for ensuring that the peer-review process is conducted in an objective, timely, and ethically appropriate manner.
