The aim of this research is to explain the negative effects of inactivity on human health under headings, with a wide literature review. Conclusive scientific evidence indicates that many diseases or precursors are more common in individuals who engage in little or no physical activity compared to individuals who are regularly active. Moreover, the increasing number of epidemiological studies in the last decade provide stronger evidence that physical inactivity is a cause of the development of these unhealthy conditions. This literature review provides a broad overview of key findings in the field. For this purpose, current studies were examined and the negative effects of inactivity on human health were generally "loss of muscle and strength ", "osteoporosis and related fractures", "calcification", "low back pain", "overweight and obesity", "type 2 diabetes mellitus", “hypertension”, “metabolic syndrome”, “coronary heart disease” and “cancer” diseases were found to be a very strong risk factor.
