Abstract
This study aims to explain the concept of Whistleblowing. The Turkish meaning of the concept of whistleblowing is generally referred to as information disclosure. There may be a negative situation in terms of the image of the organization. However, when used and managed correctly, it can also turn into an extremely useful situation for today's understanding of the management system. The concept of Whistleblowing should be understood and managed correctly due to the emergence of problems experienced by the human factor, which is one of the cornerstones of modern management. In this context, the aim of the study is to explain the concepts of Whistleblowing and Whistleblower and to indicate how important these concepts are for management.
