Teniste ısınma sonrası antrenman merdiveni çalışmalarının fiziksel performansa etkisi

Bu çalışmanın amacı, tenis oyuncularında iki farklı ısınma protokolünün sıçrama, yön değiştirme ve sprint performansları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Araştırmaya, haftada 5 gün düzenli antrenman yapan ve en az 4 yıldır tenis oynayan 16 tenis sporcusu (9 kadın, 7 erkek; yaş: 13,93 ± 0,85 yıl; boy: 172,31 ± 5,59 cm; vücut ağırlığı: 58,12 ± 4,77 kg; beden kütle indeksi (BKİ): 19,62 ± 2,02 kg/m2) katılmıştır. Randomize çapraz döngü tasarlanan bu araştırmada denekler kontrol, dinamik ısınma (DI) ve dinamik ısınma + merdiven (DM) gruplarından oluşmaktadır. Kontrol Grubunda, testler öncesinde 5 dakika kısa tempolu koşu (jogging) yaptıktan sonra 5 dakika pasif dinlenme ve ardından performans testleri uygulandı. DI protokolünde, 5 dakika koşu ve 2 dakika dinlenmenin ardından DI egzersizleri yapıldı, sonrasında 5 dakika dinlenerek testlere geçildi. DM protokolünde ise 5 dakika koşu ve 2 dakika dinlenmeden sonra DI ve ardından antrenman merdiveni egzersizleri uygulandı ve performans testleri gerçekleştirildi. Performans ölçümleri countermovement jump, 505 yön değiştirme ve 5, 10, 15 metre sprint testleri ile gerçekleştirildi. Araştırmada 505 çeviklik testinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark tespit edilirken (p<0,05), sprint ve sıçrama testlerinde anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmamıştır (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak, araştırma uygulanan ısınma protokollerinden DM egzersizlerinin, tenis oyuncularının yön değiştirme performansında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir iyileşme sağladığını göstermektedir.
