Abstract

Based on the fact that the only thing that does not change is the change itself, it is accepted that the concept of change will exist in every area and as much as its sons. The management of such an important case can be analyzed well, it is used according to the organizations. This executive's scientific execution makes these achievements more valuable. To emphasize the importance of the subject by analyzing scientific approaches to this study change management. In this study 107 bibliometric analysis techniques, which were conducted between 1994-2019, were studied. study; The bibliometric profile of 17 doctoral theses, 56 graduate theses and 34 articles is for handling. It is for research; The main branch of study in change management was 52.2% in postgraduate studies. While it is in the first place with 283 citations, postgraduate thesis studies are in the second place with 221 citations.
