SOCIAL STUDIES AND CLASSROOM TEACHERS’S OPINIONS ABOUT FATIH PROJECT

This study, aiming the assessment of FATIH project by social science and primary school teachers, was designed using a qualitative research approach, special case study method. Sample of the study consisted of 220 social science and primary school teachers. Data collection tool of the study was developed by the researchers and contained 5 open-ended questions. Content analysis has been used to analyze the data. As the result of the study, it has been found that social science and primary school teachers had positive attitudes toward FATIH project but they have concerns about the success of the study.
