This study aims to examine the quality of life and life satisfaction levels of trainers working in youth and sports centers in the province of Van. A high quality of life among sports trainers working in youth centers may enhance their professional motivation and, in turn, improve the quality of services provided to young individuals. The trainers’ physical health, psychological well-being, social relationships, and perceptions of economic security directly influence their overall quality of life and job satisfaction. A total of 101 trainers working voluntarily at the Van Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and its district branches participated in the study. The research was conducted using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale - Short Form (WHOQOL-BREF) and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, and the Mann-Whitney U test and Pearson correlation test were applied. The findings reveal that female trainers have a significantly higher perception of economic quality compared to their male counterparts. Furthermore, as economic security and overall quality of life increase, life satisfaction also rises. Psychological well-being, social support, and environmental conditions are important factors that determine trainers’ life satisfaction. The results of the study indicate a need for supportive policies aimed at enhancing trainers’ professional satisfaction. Social support programs and economic incentives are recommended to improve both physical and psychological well-being.
