Abstract

This study has been conducted for the purpose of "The Expectations of Syrian Teachers from Education and Training and Determining the Levels of Realization of These Expectations" in "Temporary Training Centers" opened for Syrian students in Şanlıurfa. In qualitative style, the study group of the study using the interview / interview technique; there are 36 Syrian teachers working in "Temporary Training Centers" in Şanlıurfa. Prepared ssby taking expert opinions in the research; answers are looked for the questions like "How do you evaluate the physical conditions of your schools for education and training?", "How do you evaluate your school's equipment and material status for education," and "How do you evaluate your education and training in general?". According to the findings, there is no qualified education due to various reasons.
