THE STATE OF DISABLED WOMEN IN THE BUSINESS WORLD

Abstract

Being a woman with disabilities means having more problems because of being both a woman and a disabled person. According to TURKSTAT 2016 data; a total of 79321 disabled persons were found in all employment groups. Of these 15804 women are obstacles. Only 2481 women with disabilities were recruited. The disabled person can not complete the concept of self realization when he can not work, contribute to the country, the country, the nation productively and alive; Everyone is anxious to be burdened. The aim of this review is to draw attention to the problems that orthopedically impaired women face in their working life.
