12-13 yaş grubu futbolcularda beslenme ve egzersiz stratejileri: FIFA 11+ Çocuklar ısınma programı ve çikolatalı süt üzerine bir çalışma

Bu çalışmanın amacı FIFA 11+ Çocuklar ısınma programının ve yüksek proteinli çikolatalı sütün sporcu sağlığı ve performansı üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir. Çalışmaya, 12-13 yaş grubu, lisanslı futbol oynayan antrenmanlı 24 gönüllü erkek futbolcu katıldı. Katılımcılar randomize yöntem ile Çikolatalı Süt + FIFA 11+ (n:6), Çikolatalı Süt + Genel Isınma (n:6), Meyve Suyu + FIFA 11+ (n:6), Meyve Suyu + Genel Isınma (n:6) olmak üzere 4 gruba ayrıldı. Çikolatalı süt + FIFA 11+ grubundaki sporcuların ön ve son test sonuçlarında 6 m sol ayak sıçramalarında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu bulundu (p<0,05). Meyve suyu + FIFA 11+ grubunda yer alan sporcularda hem medial tarafa üç adım atlama (MTÜA) sol ayak hem de medial rotasyon atlama (MRA) sol ayak sıçramalarında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edildi (p<0,05). Hop testi, performans testleri ve FHT test skorlarında hem ön-son test sonuçlarında hem de grupların anova test sonuçlarında herhangi bir anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmedi (p>0.05). Sonuç olarak, FIFA 11+ Çocuklar ısınma programının, uygulanan beslenme takviyesinden bağımsız olarak, oyuncuların hop test sonuçlarında belirli değişiklikler sağlamasına rağmen, genel performans testleri ve FHT değerleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.
